Getting involved couldn’t be easier! There are lots of ways you can get involved – both in the lead up to the Procession and on the day itself:

Over the next few months

We will be running lots of different types of events including,

  • quilt making
  • banner making workshops
  • concerts
  • exhibitions
  • films
  • lectures

During the next few weeks we will be setting up pages for each of the activities to keep you posted about when and where things will be going on and how to go about get involved yourself.

Why not organise your own events?

We are also very keen to encourage people to organise their own related events in their local areas. We’d be happy to offer advice and would love to hear about your events so please get in touch.

Donate or Sponsor

We would welcome donations to help towards the cost of these events and also the Procession itself. In particular we are keen to raise money to allow us to provide Pedicabs on the Procession. Sponsorship of a seat in a Pedicab can be as little as £15.

If you are interested in Sponsoring an event or an aspect of Gude Cause’s work please contact us  – we many be able to offer space for a stall at the end of the procession or advertising space etc.

On the Day

Join in the procession! Why stop at just coming along? Why not dress in period clothing or make a banner. More suggestions and information on how to register as an individual or group will be posted on the site shortly.

Or why not volunteer to help organise on the day – whether you have a specific skill you can offer or can volunteer some time please contact us.

Lastly

Why not drop us an email and ask to be put on our mailing list. That way we can email with our regular bulletin and keep your posted about our forthcoming events and news.

We also have a Facebook profile.
